Common Name: Lavender ‘Fern Leaf’
Description: Unlike other lavenders that melt in heat and humidity, Fern Leaf thrives in this type of climate. A great choice for the deep south. Hardy in zones 9-11. Silver-green deeply cut fern-like foliage, highly aromatic. Long lasting blue violet blooms. Bees and Butterflies will flock to these plants. Also known as Egyptian Lavender, a tender perennial. Uses: A lovely aromatic, 'Fernleaf' is used for cut bouquets as the foliage is soft, fuzzy and fern like in appearance. This lavender is a great filler plant for gardens, borders and easily grown in containers. This is a more south hardy variety and is deer, rabbit and drought resistant
